Please be advised phones which are simply sent to us without having been previously discussed and given instructions, will be returned to its' original sender. If however you have contacted a representative and then instructed to send the phone, the model must pass our inspection as a fully functioning phone. You will be updated with the progress of your phone which can be classified in three categories: received, awaiting inspection, and inspected. Phones which pass our inspections will then be honored for the price which was quoted to the customer in the form of a check. If changes exist in the estimated condition and the inspected condition, price differences may be applicable and seller will be notified. Please note, if the phone fails to pass the inspection, you will contacted and either of the following action(s) will be taken: First and formost, we will offer to send the item back to you, or if you wish, you may donate your phone which will be concisely recycled in an earth friendly manner.
