Our 14 day money back guarantee is applicable in the rare occurance a customer receives a phone which is defective or non functioning. Please note, a RMA (returned materials authorization) number must be issued to a customer before a phone can be sent back to us. This number can be obtained by contacting a representative either by phone, live help or email.Issue(s) with the cosmetic appearance with a phone are not applicale to our money back guarantee. Be advised that phones which are simply sent without having an RMA (returned materials authorization) number for verification will be returned to its' original sender.

Exchanges

We offer a 60 day exchange in the rare occurrence that a customer receives a defective or non functioning phone. We do not charge a restocking fee for exchanged items. Exchanges of the same model/carrier are able to be processed however in the event that we no longer have this item in stock, a similar model or one in a similar price range will be substituted.
