In the rare occasion this were to occur, a full refund will be issued including any applicable shipping charges which have incurred to send the phone originally to the customer. Return shipping costs to us however will not be reimbursed. The stated issue(s) with the phone however must be verified with our technicians. Please note, a RMA (returned materials authorization) number must be issued to a customer before a phone can be sent back to us. This number can be obtained by contacting a representative either by phone, live help or email.Issue(s) with the cosmetic appearance with a phone are not applicale to our money back guarantee. Be advised that phones which are simply sent without having an RMA (returned materials authorization) number for verification will be returned to its' original sender.
