Do your phones come with contracts?
No, they do not. Our phones come contract free and can be activated on the carrier to which it is stated.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes we offer a 60 day warranty if there is an issue with the functionality of the phone purchased. If this were to occur, a replacement would be processed and shipped to you at no extra charge
Do you have a money back guarantee?
Yes we offer a 14 day money back guarantee if there is an issue with the functionality of the phone purchased. If this were to occur, a full refund including the purchase price and shipping will be issued upon receipt of the return item.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee in the rare occassion that a non functioning phone is received. The money back guarantee includes the original purchase price as well as applicable shipping.We offer a 60 day warranty in the rare occasion that a non functioning phone is received in which a replacement model will be sent you at no extra charge.

How come some phone images don't have the specified carrier to what they are listed as?
Our images are for illustration purposes. At this time, we do not always have standard stock images of each phone but across carriers, phones do not change in actuality, they mererly tend to change in name.
Do you offer additional photos of items?
Currently at this item, we offer gallery photos which give our customers the idea of the look of our products. Due to our high inventory, we cannot provide individual pictures of every particular model.
